Privacy notice
ScopeInbox helps trade businesses collect and organize customer requests. This notice explains what information the service handles and why.
Information we collect
Contractors may provide a business name, contact name, email address, phone number, trade, and service area. Customers may provide a name, phone number, email address, project address, project description, desired timing, and project photos.
How we use information
We use submitted information to create contractor request pages, deliver and organize quote requests, operate and secure the service, provide support, and improve the pilot. We do not sell personal information.
Who can see a request
A customer’s request is made available to the trade business identified on the request page. A contractor’s private inbox uses a hard-to-guess link; contractors should not share that inbox link publicly.
Service providers and retention
We use hosting, database, file-storage, payment, and email providers as needed to operate ScopeInbox. Those providers process information for us under their own security and privacy obligations. We retain information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal obligations.
Your choices
You may ask the contractor you contacted to correct or remove a request. You may also write to ScopeInbox at the address below with a privacy question or deletion request. We may need to verify the request before acting.
