Email hello@getscopeinbox.com. Include your business name and the email used at checkout so we can locate your account.

Cancel your subscription

Open your private request inbox and select Manage subscription to cancel securely through Stripe, update your card, or view billing history. If you cannot access your inbox, email us from the address used to activate ScopeInbox and write “Cancel my ScopeInbox subscription.”

Recover your links

If you lose your customer link or private inbox link, email us from your registered business address. We will verify the request before resending access information.

Privacy or deletion requests

Use the same email address for questions about stored information or to request deletion. We may need to verify that you are authorized to make the request.
