These terms govern use of the ScopeInbox pilot. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

What ScopeInbox does

ScopeInbox is an information-collection tool. It helps a prospective customer send project details and photos to an independent trade business. ScopeInbox is not the contractor, does not prepare the contractor’s price, and is not a party to any agreement between a customer and contractor.

Contractor responsibilities

Contractors are responsible for their services, licenses, insurance, estimates, pricing, communications, and compliance with applicable law. Contractors must keep private inbox links confidential and may use submitted information only for legitimate business purposes related to the request.

Customer responsibilities

Customers must provide information they are authorized to share and may not upload illegal, harmful, or unrelated content. Submitting a request does not guarantee a response, site visit, price, or availability.

Pilot pricing and cancellation

A preview may be offered without charge. If a contractor activates service, the stated pilot price is $9 per month until canceled or changed with advance notice. Payment and cancellation details shown at checkout control if they differ from this summary.

Availability and liability

The pilot is provided on an “as available” basis and may change. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ScopeInbox is not liable for contractor work, missed requests, business losses, or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
